VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) – Vancouver officers are looking for a lady who was caught on video leaving her canine in a park.

The video posted by I Paw’d It Ahead exhibits a lady pulling up and parking her automobile, then her canine leaping out. You then see her main the canine into the woods in Orchards Park in Vancouver, turns round and runs again to her automobile with out the canine.
