VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) – A person from Vancouver is the large winner of this 12 months’s St. Patrick’s Day raffle.
Joshua Park grew to become the newest $ 1 million raffle winner when he claimed his prize on the Oregon Lottery headquarters on Tuesday.
Based on the Oregon Lottery, Park has purchased 20 tickets since early January when the tickets went on sale in 2021.
