Gramor Improvement has submitted a preliminary software to construct a brand new retail mall in East Vancouver, on the northwest nook of the intersection of Northeast 192nd Avenue and Southeast First Road.
The pre-application bundle from the developer from Tualatin, Ore., Calls the mission Lacamas Sq.. The 8 1/2 acre mission borders the east facet of the previous English Pit gravel mine and is on a quickly growing part of 192nd Avenue east of the Columbia Tech Middle.
