JCPenney closures include Vancouver, McMinnville, Salem locations | Local News

VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) – JCPenney shops in Vancouver, McMinnville, and Salem are among the many nationwide closed areas.

The corporate stated the choice was made “after an intensive evaluate of our retail presence.”

Liquidation gross sales are going down in a lot of the branches which are closing.

Nearly all of JCPenney shops within the US stay open, based on an organization assertion.

4 areas in Oregon are on the closure record: Bend in Cascade Village, McMinnville in McMinnville Plaza, Roseburg in Backyard Valley Mall, and Salem in Salem Heart.

These areas had been a part of the primary closure announcement in June. No Washington location was among the many first closings.

JCPenney is now closing Washington shops in Omak and Sunnyside together with its Vancouver location on the Columbia Tech Heart.

Particular deadlines weren’t introduced.

One other JCPenney retailer on the Vancouver Mall stays open and isn’t on the closure record.
