James E. Talarico | Obituaries

James E. Talarico, age 85, of Waddington, NY, died Tuesday night November 30, 2021 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Heart along with his loving household. There might be no viewing or funeral at James’ request. The household may have a celebration of life within the spring of 2022. The preparations are supervised and guided by Frary Funeral Residence, Massena.

James survives and is supported by his spouse Mary Ellen Talarico from Waddington, NY, son, Joseph Talarico from Vancouver, WA, daughter Michelle and Invoice Favreau, Massena, NY, stepchildren Christine and Larry Dufore from Ogdensburg, NY, Ron. Lacking and Shannon Ghize from Crimson Mills, NY, Grandson, Jenna, Jake Talarico, Grace, Shane Favreau, Claire Dufore, Caleb and Olivia Ghize. A sister, Mary Cotter of Norwood, NY; a sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Talarico of Massena, NY, and lots of nieces, nephews, and cousins; an aunt, Rosealma Bourdon, and from the neighbors on Martin Lane. He died of his dad and mom, a brother, David E. Talarico, and a brother-in-law, David Cotter.

James was born on March 8, 1936 in Massena, NY to the late Joseph and Evas C. (Guthrie) Talarico. After graduating from Massena Central Excessive Faculty in 1954, he joined the US Navy. After his honorable discharge in 1958, James was employed by the Division of Justice / Immigration till his retirement in 1993. His profession took him from the east coast to the west coast in each the US and Canada. James married Mary Ellen Bracy on March 20, 2001 in Conway, SC.

James loved fishing on the St. Lawrence. All the time prepared for a card recreation. A real sportsman, James performed soccer, baseball, athletics, tennis, hockey, and bocce. He was additionally an incredible photographer and had a tremendous information of geography. James was honored to be a member of the Sons of Italy in Myrtle Seaside, SC.
