Examiner’s office: Vancouver boy, 15, died of starvation, neglect

A 15-year-old boy from Vancouver died of hunger and neglect, in accordance with the coroner.

Vancouver Police are investigating the circumstances because the boy died in a neighborhood hospital on November 27. No arrests or legal prices have been made to this point.
