VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) – Police arrested a person after main a automotive chase in Vancouver Thursday afternoon whereas driving a pickup truck that legislation enforcement officers mentioned was stolen from a firefighter.
Portland police mentioned the pickup was stolen from a Washington firefighter. The chase started after a Portland police officer discovered the truck close to Northeast 58th and Northeast Hassalo in Portland and the suspect escaped. The chase ended after the suspect hit an influence pole close to East Mill Plain Boulevard and North Devine Highway in Vancouver, in keeping with officers. Portland Police stopped the chase after the suspect reached Washington.
Portland Police mentioned the suspect was arrested by Vancouver Police and handled at a close-by hospital earlier than being admitted to Clark County Jail.
The suspect was not recognized and no different automobiles have been concerned.
