‘Everybody Has a Story’ wants to hear yours
Nonetheless feeling just a little satiated this weekend after Thanksgiving? Not buried with turkey and sauce and cranberry relish and candy potatoes with tiny marshmallows in them – however with tales?
Attempt to shed pounds by sending them to us. “Everybody has a narrative”, the Colombian’s article, through which readers inform their very own true tales, is in search of contributions.
What kinds of posts? Previously few months we have heard of a household’s fateful fortune cookie; the juggling coaching of a single father; a UFO sighting from a scorching tub in Montana; and a childhood expertise of racism in a campsite. Severe or foolish, many years in the past or simply this morning, we like every thing.
Simply maintain the next tips in thoughts:
- Your story have to be true.
- It can’t be longer than 1,000 phrases. Shorter is healthier. No epics right here.
- It must be a coherent story – not an editorial, information, scientific rationalization, or private creed. Is it a strong story with a starting, center, and finish? (“As soon as upon a time, this occurred after which this occurred, and all of it ended like this.”)
- Focus in your private expertise. What did you see, hear, suppose, really feel?
- Anticipate just a little modifying.
