VANCOUVER – Group is invited to see the brand new iTech Prep, a project-based MINT magnet college for grades 6-12. The brand new constructing is the second in Vancouver Public Faculties to be constructed with funding from an area mortgage in 2017.
The college’s location on the Washington State College Vancouver campus is exclusive within the state and helps iTech’s early faculty mannequin of entry to school programs.

- February 2017: Voters approve a $ 458 million bond to rebuild and modernize colleges.
- 2017-2018: Academics and employees take part within the planning of the architectural particulars of the brand new constructing.
- September 2018: Groundbreaking. Development begins shortly afterwards.
- December 2019: Academics and employees transfer into the brand new constructing over the winter break.
- January 2020: The college opens to all college students.
Vancouver iTech Preparatory is a collaboration between Vancouver Public Faculties; Battle Floor Public Faculties which have iTech of their district; WSU Vancouver, Clark School and several other enterprise and industrial companions.
